Good place with great wi-fi, a lovely outdoor pool, and friendly staff. I remember they helped me with a late check-out during my first stay. I'll definitely be back for Christmas!

A tranquil gem in La Fortuna

My mornings began with a delightful breakfast overlooking the serene garden, and the friendly staff went out of their way to make me feel at home.

However, the humidity in the room was challenging, and I found it hard to dry my clothes. A more consistent shower would have improved my stay.

We had an interesting stay, the breakfast next door was excellent, fresh eggs, fruit, it was nice to have choices. Also, the staff was very friendly, even arranged tours for us, made everything smoother.

The location was convenient, just a block from the main square. I appreciated having connecting rooms for the family, which isn’t common outside the US. Rooms were pretty but cleanliness was a major issue. I found crumbs and hair under the bedspread on check-in. The reception staff didn’t handle the situation well when I raised the concern. Breakfast was included but limited. We needed to reserve it and the choices were sparse. The pool area was beautiful, surrounded by nature, but the overall cleanliness could be improved. It felt welcoming enough but the room cleanliness left a bad impression. I'd return for the location and the connecting rooms, but I hope they get the cleaning sorted out.

I spent three nights here and really enjoyed the hot showers and the peaceful atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a long day.
